Episode #2: Beach Beauty Routine

The seawater revitalises our body through its supply of oligo elements and mineral salts (potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, iodine, etc.).  A daily dip in the sea for about fifteen minutes is enough to feel its benefits.

Despite these positive effects, contact with the wind, sun, sand and salt mean a good routine skincare is vital.

Here are some tips on how to protect and nourish your skin:

  • A hydrating shower for hair and body

Add a little jojoba liquid wax to a small amount of shower gel.  It strengthens the acid mantle, preventing the epidermis from drying out and keeping it supple while promoting elastin synthesis. It will make your skin look healthy and give you shiny hair. It is suitable for dry or greasy hair, as it regulates sebum secretion.

It can also be applied directly onto the skin or hair after showering or during the day in the event of cutaneous discomfort.

Jojoba liquid wax is essential as its numerous properties include powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects on the skin (and joints). Moreover, it reduces the risk of developing cutaneous mycoses.

  • Enhanced skin protection

Apply a small amount of macerated carrot oil on a daily basis. It is an anti-oxidant and is very nutritional. In addition, it enhances your tan and will prolong it.
