  • When should I take my Beauty Boost supplement?

    You can take it at any time, but it is best to incorporate it into a routine, when you know you will be consistent. Breakfast is a great time.

  • When can I expect to see improvements in my skin, hair and nail health?

    It is helping to nourish your skin, hair and nails from the moment you start taking it. In terms of results, it does depend on age and the condition of your skin, hair and nails. As we get older, it takes longer for skin cells to regenerate.

  • Why is healthy skin so important?

    Your skin is your largest organ and your first line of defence against the outside world. It protects your body from the many viruses and bacteria you are exposed to daily. It also protects you from the sun's harmful rays and pollution, which can both damage cells. Healthy skin produces vitamin D when exposed to the sun.

  • Why is this the only supplement where I need to take two tablets?

The difference to my skin and hair is noticeable within a week and as a woman going through menopause, I have been delighted with the impact of this supplement. I have increased my fluid intake and made other adjustments but I know Beauty Boost is working, because when I run out and don't take any for a week...its really noticeable!! Again, I have made lifestyle changes, but I do notice when I haven't taken these little gems. I really like Hello Day, they are a very gentle company, not pushy and although it's not cheap, I personally believe the products I have chosen are worth it.

Give it time! Thats all I'm going to say. Its not a quick fix, maybe 4 months and then I noticed the benefit. Mostly in my hair, but I have always had dry hair. I prefer it to perfectil. Just saying.

Your customer service guy told me to wait until 'Box 2' before I noticed a difference. Its odd advice to give someone buying a product but I appreciated the honesty. he explain the process for the skin in people over 40 takes more time. I'm actually seeing the best result in my brittle nails. They are much better now. So anyone buying this product, its true, be patient. But it works.
