    • Is GUT HARMONY BALANCE the same as BIOHARMONY BALANCE?

      Yes, it’s EXACTLY the same product with a new name. No other changes. The new name took effect in July 2023

    • How can I integrate this product into my weight loss plan?

      Our well-weight duo should be taken as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If weight management is a concern for you, it may complement your efforts and work well with additional physical activity and a lower calorie diet.

    • How should I take your Digestion Shape?

      Our sachet powders are super versatile. They mix well in both room temperature and hot water. They are heat resistant and make an exceptional fruit tea as each powder has a wonderful flavour. They are delicious in freshly squeezed juice or as part of a smoothie. (We have some great smoothie recipes, just ask our customer service for them.) You can also mix them with your greek yoghurt or your porridge oats. Adapt them to your lifestyle.

    • I’m pregnant, can I take your herbal Digestion Shape Supplement?

      As it contains Green Tea, which is caffeinated, this product is not suitable during pregnancy.

    • Can I take your herbal Digestion Shape supplement if I have a thyroid condition?

      This product is not suggested for anyone with a thyroid condition due to the broccoli flower extract. Cruciferous vegetables should generally be avoided if you have a thyroid disorder. Cruciferous vegetables, which include broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and kale, have been thought to interfere with how your thyroid uses iodine. Iodine plays a role in hormone production in the thyroid gland.

    • Is Digestion Shape suitable for children?

      This product is not recommended for young children due to Green Tea being caffeinated.

    • Are both products suitable for vegans?

      Yes.

    • What is the difference between a prebiotic and a probiotic? How will they support my gut health?

      Prebiotics are a specialised plant fibre that acts as food for the good bacteria. This stimulates growth among the pre-existing good bacteria. (Think of it as a fertiliser for the probiotics.) Probiotics are living strains of bacteria that add to the population of good bacteria in your digestive system.

    • Will your Gut Harmony Balance supplement help improve my gut health?

      Gut Harmony Balance will help support the growth of good gut bacteria and also make it harder for bad bacteria to flourish.

    • When is the best time of day to support my gut health by taking my probiotic supplement?

      Probiotics are usually most effective when they have been taken on an empty stomach to make sure the good bacteria reach the gut as quickly as possible. The best time to take a probiotic is either first thing in the morning before eating breakfast or before going to sleep at night. Also avoid taking them with hot drinks as the heat can be harmful to the delicate bacteria strains.

    • Will I be less bloated from taking your probiotic supplement Gut Harmony Balance?

      Probiotic supplements can help improve the bacterial environment in the gut, which can help reduce symptoms of gas and bloating.
