How should I take your powder supplement?
Our sachet powders are super versatile. They mix well in both room temperature and hot water. They are heat resistant and make an exceptional fruit tea as each powder has a wonderful flavour. They are delicious in freshly squeezed juice or as part of a smoothie. (We have some great smoothie recipes, just ask our customer service for them.) You can also mix them with your greek yogurt or your porridge oats. Adapt them to your lifestyle. -
How can I integrate this product into my weight loss plan?
We often speak in terms of ‘weight management programmes’ which includes a healthy diet and a regular fitness routine. You might also want to look at our Bioharmony Balance prebiotic and probiotic to assist your efforts. -
I’m pregnant, can I take your herbal Digestion Shape Supplement?
As it contains Green Tea, which is caffeinated, this product is not suitable during pregnancy. -
Can I take your herbal Digestion Detox supplement if I have a thyroid condition?
This product is not suggested for anyone with a thyroid condition due to the broccoli flower extract. Cruciferous vegetables should generally be avoided if you have a thyroid disorder. Cruciferous vegetables, which include broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and kale, have been thought to interfere with how your thyroid uses iodine. Iodine plays a role in hormone production in the thyroid gland. -
Is Digestion Shape suitable for children?
This product is not recommended for young children due to Green Tea being caffeinated. -
